Parkinson deal with business sales throughout the North West of England, primarily in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire regions. We are not a traditional business sales company and therefore undertake a bespoke approach to every instruction, tailoring our approach to the needs of the business vendor. We differ from traditional business sales agents in that we do not charge an extortionate upfront fee and only seek to obtain a minimal contribution towards marketing costs and advertising. Different businesses warrant varying degrees of marketing and, as previously mentioned, marketing is therefore tailored to suit the specific business and so therefore is the fee structure and marketing budget required.
